1 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 622bat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
• You are a resident of or accessing the platform from Bangladesh or any jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 622bat platform or any sister platform operated under the same management.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, agent, or relative of any employee of 622bat or its associated entities.
• You are not registering in order to engage in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any other form of exploitative conduct.

622bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including government-issued national ID, passport, or other proof of identity and address, in line with our internal Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2 Account Opening & Management

Each player may hold only one active account on the 622bat platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If 622bat identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — based on device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or personal details — it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances held within those accounts.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information at registration and for keeping that information up to date. 622bat will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

622bat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All deposited funds are held in your 622bat account balance and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification checks. Typical processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: 5 to 15 minutes after approval.
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days.

622bat reserves the right to request identity verification and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC documentation is outstanding. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 622bat does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawal requests to Bangladesh mobile wallets, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits made for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without meaningful wagering activity ("hit and run" deposits) may be subject to review. 622bat reserves the right to deduct any applicable processing costs from such withdrawals at its sole discretion.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

622bat offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the 622bat Promotions page at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• 622bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering to exploit bonus terms, or systematic exploitation of odds differentials — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on 622bat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, 622bat's determination shall be final.

• Cricket betting: Bets on BPL, IPL, T20, and international fixtures are governed by our cricket betting rules. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 622bat and may be suspended at any time without notice.
• Live casino games: Games provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers are governed by the rules of each game as displayed at the time of play. Technical malfunctions during a game session will be handled in accordance with the provider's policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 622bat platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events or casino games.

The 622bat name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of 622bat. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of 622bat without our express written permission.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 622bat shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

622bat does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. 622bat will endeavour to minimise such disruptions but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

In all cases, 622bat's maximum liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your 622bat account at any time by contacting our support team. Subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements, your remaining balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

622bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, failure to pass KYC verification, or chargebacks. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 622bat may retain the account balance to cover any costs, losses, or damages incurred.

12 Amendments to These Terms

622bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable advance notice will be provided to registered players via email or a notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of the 622bat platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13 Governing Law & Disputes
